SEHAJ DEEWHY Pty Ltd, trading as SQ BAR & GRILL , is a newly established restaurant located in Penrith, NSW, offering a unique blend of Mediterranean and Modern Australian cuisine . As part of our expansion and commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences, we are seeking 2 qualified and experienced Cooks to join our kitchen team on a full time basis.

These roles are critical to supporting our kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and contributing to menu development and customer satisfaction.

Position : Cook

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Preparing and cooking a variety of Mediterranean and Modern Australian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Assisting in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, portioning, and plating
- Ensuring consistency in food quality, taste,



and presentation
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and inventory control
- Following instructions from the Head Chef and contributing to smooth kitchen workflow
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- At least 2 years of experience as an independent Cook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Applications without the required qualifications and relevant experience will not be considered .
