Select Electrical and Solar Solutions are looking to hire ahighly motivated Sales Professional to join our team.

You will be a part of a high-performing team that enjoys exceeding targets by creating strong, genuine relationships with our customers andpersonally contribute tobeing a decisive factor in why they chose Select Electrical for their project.

You will work one-on-one with our customers to determine their needs and find the best solutions available.

With the belief that character and skill are equally important.

TO BE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

- Experience with CRMs (Hubspot or similar)
- Minimum 1 million dollars in salesexperience
- The ability to identifyhigh-value solutions to customer problems
- Driven to achieveall targets and KPIs




- Excellentability to engage with clients
- Ability to cross sell and pro-actively uncover opportunities
- Desire to learn &Willingness; to teach
- Skilled manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Building genuine relationships with customers and being proactive with outbound activity and accountability.
- Provide a World-Class experience for each and every customer you work with.
- Meet monthly KPI's
- Identify clients needs and provide expert advice on achieving savings or environmental goals with new and highly efficient Solar and Air-conditioning products
