You'll also bring:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and a positive outlook




- Previous experience leading shifts in a fast-paced hospitality or quick service restaurant workplace
- The ability to coach, motivate and support team members
- Experience with rostering, cash handling, banking and stock management is highly desirable
- A strong focus on customer service, food quality and presentation
- Availability to work weekends and evenings on a rotating roster
- A passion for creating a positive team culture and delivering great guest experiences
