Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. This is a hands-on role that includes forklift operation, stock control, and occasional assistance with product assembly or servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to aged care facilities and customers
- Drive the company van to deliver beds and other products to site
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock safely and efficiently




- Perform regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with minor product assembly or equipment servicing as needed
- Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Follow workplace health and safety protocols at all times

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics workplace (preferred)
- Valid forklift licence (LF) - essential
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move bulky items safely
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems or warehouse apps
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team
- Experience handling medical or aged care equipment is an advantage but not required
