Rock Support Services is seeking a compassionate Rostering Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will coordinate shift coverage and manage rostering changes, ensuring service continuity for participants, families, and staff.
Ideal candidates show resilience, robust numerical skills, and experience with rostering software (ShiftCare). A Blue Card and NDIS checks (or eligibility) are preferred, along with a commitment to excellent customer service.
