Corporate Area Manager - Hair Retail Operations

Price Attack are looking for a hands-on Corporate Store Area Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across the Brisbane region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager, Cluster Manager or high-performing Store Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

Working closely with Store Managers and Support Office teams, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing talent, maintaining operational excellence and ensuring every store consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

- Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
- Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance across multiple locations
- Monitor labour, sales, stock and customer experience metrics
- Conduct regular store visits, coaching sessions and business reviews
- Support recruitment, onboarding and team development
- Ensure stores operate in line with company standards, policies and procedures
- Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns and business initiatives
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation and store execution




- Identify opportunities to improve performance and customer engagement
- Build strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience managing multiple retail locations or leading a large-format retail store
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve business performance
- Sound understanding of retail KPIs, labour management and customer experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive culture
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front

Experience within hair, beauty, fashion, service or specialty retail will be highly regarded.
