We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood professional who is ready to take the next step into a rewarding Trainer & Assessor role. What we’re looking for:

ICCC is looking for a motivated and experienced Early Childhood professional to join our team as a Trainer and Assessor. This role is being offered as a 2-year Maximum-Term Contract at 4 days per week (30 hours)

Minimum requirements of the role include:

- Training and Assessment qualification (TAE40122 or its successor TAE40116 or TAE40110)
- Minimum Diploma-level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care with relevant industry experience.
- Experience in a Workplace Supervisory role including but not limited to Director, Nominated Supervisor, Room Leader etc.
- Ability to travel to student workplaces within approximately a 2-hour radius of home.
- Valid paid WWCC (or willingness to obtain) as well as having completed your National child safety training.

What the role looks like

As a Trainer and Assessor, you'll:

- Attend the Broadmeadow office to work collaboratively with our teams, to build a strong network of support for students, educators and services.
- Support and guide your own cohort of studentsthrough their learning, assessments, and balancing work and study.
- Travel to workplaces, building in-person relationships with students and services, delivering training, assessment, and ongoing support.
- Work from home to plan your workplace visits, monitor student progress, mark assessments and manage resubmissions.
- Provide remote learner support as needed, over the phone and via online platforms.
