- Deliver engaging day-to-day programs and activities within our Day Program .
- Facilitate and encourage participation in Skills 4 Life , Life Skills , Work & Study and Adult Recreation Program .
- Support customers in developing new skills, building confidence, and maintaining their independence.
- Provide respectful, person-centred support, including personal care where required.
- Safely use manual handling techniques and equipment in accordance with training and best practice.
- Build positive, empowering relationships that support customers in achieving their individual goals and reaching their full potential.

You have a passion for and confidence in facilitating activities , and you enjoy inspiring and engaging others.

- Confidence infacilitating engaging group activities in Skills 4 Life , Life Skills , Work & Study and Adult Recreation Programs .
- Can think creatively and adapt activities to engage customers.
- Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexible availability to work on a rotating roster and across multiple sites .
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable driving a 12-seater van.
- Empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
