Key Responsibilities

Client Experience

- Greet every client with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Offer refreshments and ensure clients are comfortable throughout their visit.
- Build genuine relationships and remember client preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and online.

Reception & Administration

- Manage the salon diary to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Answer phone calls, emails and social media enquiries promptly.
- Confirm appointments and manage cancellations, waitlists and rebookings.
- Process payments and balance the daily till.
- Maintain accurate client records.

Retail & Sales

- Educate clients on salon services, promotions and loyalty rewards.
- Support the team in achieving retail and rebooking goals.
- Maintain attractive retail displays and ensure shelves remain fully stocked.

Salon Operations





- Keep the reception and client areas clean, organised and welcoming.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering stock if needed.
- Prepare client amenities including beverages and refreshments.
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain salon supplies.
- Assist the salon owner and stylists with daily operational tasks.

Team Support

- Communicate appointment changes efficiently.
- Help stylists stay on schedule.
- Support apprentices and team members when required.
- Foster a positive, professional and collaborative workplace culture.
