Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical appliances for both residential and commercial customers.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Installing, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently.
- Performing routine maintenance and preventative servicing.
- Completing service reports and accurately recording work performed.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Following all workplace health and safety requirements.
- Working independently while also contributing as part of a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For





- Qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic or a Qualified Electrician with a Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning Systems.
- Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Current First Aid Certificate (preferred, but not essential).
