Marketing and Enrolments Officer - 12 Month Maternity Contract

Mamre Anglican is a growing Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational school with 700 students and 90 staff. Position Overview:

Mamre Anglican is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to oversee student enrolments while also managing the School’s marketing and digital media presence. This role plays a key part in maintaining the School’s reputation, engaging with prospective families, and ensuring a professional and welcoming brand identity across all communication channels.

The major responsibilities outlined below are indicative of this role.

Major Responsibilities:

Marketing & Digital Media:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the School and enhance the School’s public image.

Manage the School’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.

Manage the School website, ensuring information is current and optimized for user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO).

Manage the fortnightly school newsletter publication.

Maintaining branding and visual identity of the School, ensuring consistency across all communications.

Capture and manage School photography and videography of events and activities, maintaining a media library.

Collaborate with external vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives and publications.

Enrolments & Admissions:

Manage all aspects of the student enrolment process, from initial enquiry to student commencement.

Maintain accurate enrolment records, student movements, waiting lists, and projections.

Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing prompt and professional responses.

Organise school tours,



ensuring prospective families receive a warm and informative experience.

Coordinate student admissions, interviews, and documentation, collaborating with the Heads of Junior and Senior School.

Coordinate and facilitate events such as Open Days, Orientation Programs, Scholarship Processes, and New Student Welcome Days.

Maintain and update enrolment systems (Edumate, EnrolHQ) while generating reports and ensuring data integrity.

General Administration & Compliance:

Provide support to the administration team as required.

Ensure confidentiality and adherence to the School policies when handling student and enrolment information.

Uphold and promote the School’s Christian values in all interactions and communications.

Actively support the Christian identity and purpose of the School, and uphold the values and expectations as described in the Staff Code of Conduct. Comply with applicable child protection legislation and be responsible for ensuring that the School’s Child Safe policies, procedures and programs are at the forefront of all we do.

Be responsible for complying with the School’s WHS policies, procedures and practices and contribute to a healthy and safe workplace culture.

Committed Christian actively involved in a church and aligned with the School’s Statement of Faith.

Experience in marketing, content creation, enrolments, and digital media.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, WordPress, and social media management tools.

Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience with event coordination, lead generation, and brand management.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.





Attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse community.

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) as required by legislation.

Mamre Anglican is committed to child safety and complies with the requirements of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012. All staff are required to comply with the applicable child protection legislation and ensure that the School’s Child Safety policies and procedures are implemented at all times. Education has an important role to support children and young people and to identify where problems arise that may put their safety, welfare or wellbeing at risk. Pay and Conditions:

Employment will be subject to the provisions of the Independent Schools NSW Standards (Qualified and Operational Staff) Cooperative Multi Enterprise Agreement 2025 or any industrial agreement that replaces that award.

Salary will be negotiated according to qualifications and years of experience. The position is subject to a period of probation, defined as six months in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).

Commencement Date: September 2026
