Discover Nursing Australia is seeking friendly Disability Support Workers to assist participants with community access in Brisbane on a contractor ABN/sole trader basis. You will be backed by a nurse-led organisation and have the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

Role involves accompanying participants to appointments, cafés, shops, parks, events, and helping them achieve ND I S goals through person-centred support. Ongoing RN and coordination support are provided.
