Shifts Available:

We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and reliable Disability Support Workers to join a dedicated support team working with two incredible brothers with complex support needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to build genuine, long term relationships while making a meaningful difference in the lives of two young people and their family.

The brothers are school aged children who attend a specialist education setting and thrive with consistent, positive support from people who are patient, adaptable, and committed to helping them achieve their goals. Support is provided primarily in the family home after school, on weekends, and during school holidays, offering a variety of shifts and the opportunity to become an important part of their support network. Some shifts will be worked alongside another experienced Support Worker, providing opportunities to collaborate, share responsibilities, and deliver the highest quality support as part of a team.

One of the brothers is a non verbal young person with autism, ADHD, severe cognitive delay, and pica. He is working towards building greater independence with daily living skills, strengthening his communication using an AAC device, developing emotional regulation strategies, improving fine and gross motor skills, expanding his participation in the community, and developing healthy eating habits. The other brother also has an established Behaviour Support Plan and benefits from structured, person centred support that encourages independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

This role is about much more than providing care.

It's about celebrating every achievement, encouraging new experiences, creating opportunities for connection, and helping these young people build the skills and confidence to reach their full potential. You'll be working alongside a supportive family and an experienced allied health team, with comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans in place to guide consistent, therapeutic support.

We're looking for someone who brings warmth, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with disability. Experience working with autism and complex behaviours is highly valued, along with the ability to remain calm, flexible, and positive in a range of situations. If you're someone who enjoys making every day engaging, fun, and purposeful while helping young people grow in confidence and independence, we'd love to hear from you.

You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

If the above resonates with you, we really want to hear from you.

To be successful you must…

Have experience in the disability field

Resonate with the role description above

Be a decent, caring and compassionate human who wants to help our nation's most vulnerable

Have awesome multitasking, prioritising skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Hold a NDIS Worker Screening Card and Working with Children Blue Card

Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia

Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives

To deliver high-quality support to our clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered

Be reliable, versatile and responsive to fill shifts when required

Really simple, we are on a mission to completely disrupt the disability and aged care industry by providing supports in a way that most providers would say is impossible - and that is to give true choice, control and freedom to our clients in every way possible.

Working with our clients, you have the privilege to do what most do not get to do in their career, and that is to actually make a huge difference and make a positive impact in people’s lives each and every day. You can be a part of helping our clients to live their absolute best life. We want passionate, dedicated, proactive decent humans who genuinely want to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
