What You’ll Be Doing

- Helping our customers : You’ll build genuine relationships, provide product support, and offer advice that helps them get the job done.
- Keeping things on track : You’ll quote and process sales orders accurately and efficiently – making sure stock, pricing, and deliveries all align.
- Working together : From the warehouse to the counter, you’ll collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment.
- Driving great outcomes : You’ll take initiative to meet branch targets and support your team to deliver the best service possible.

What You’ll Bring

- A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (retail, wholesale, trades welcome)
- Solid computer skills – you’re confident navigating systems and emails
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- A team spirit that reflects our values: Committed, United, Engaged, and Straightforward

Experience in the HVAC/R or trade supply industry is a bonus – but not a deal breaker. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
