Hyatt Hotel Canberra is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across all outlets and event services. Reporting to the Director of F&B;, you will drive service excellence, guest satisfaction and revenue growth while upholding Hyatt brand standards in a heritage-inspired luxury setting.
You will train and develop a diverse team, oversee scheduling and coordination with other departments, and curate the beverage program including wine lists and signature cocktails.
