Excavator Operator – Casual to Full-Time Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Excavator Operator to join our growing team in Townsville, Queensland. This is a casual position with the opportunity to transition into a full time role for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating excavators safely and efficiently
- Excavation, trenching, site preparation, and earthmoving
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
- Working alongside site supervisors and other operators
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating excavators
- Relevant machinery tickets and licences
- White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
