About the Role

This position is ideal for a Dermal Therapist who is passionate about skin health, enjoys educating clients and is committed to delivering exceptional treatment outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

- Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and treatment planning
- Performing advanced dermal and skin treatments
- Educating clients on skincare, treatment pathways and long‑term skin health
- Developing personalised treatment plans and recommending appropriate home care
- Building strong client relationships and supporting their skin journey
- Rebooking clients and assisting with treatment plan conversions
- Assisting with social media content creation and educational marketing
- Maintaining treatment rooms and ensuring the clinic presentation reflects our premium standards
- Supporting daily clinic operations including stock management, cleaning and general clinic duties




- Delivering a luxury client experience from consultation through to aftercare

- IPL (Pigmentation & Vascular)
- NIR Skin Tightening
- LED Therapy
- AquaPure treatments
- Advanced skin rejuvenation procedures

Comprehensive training will be provided on our clinic protocols and devices.

- Is confident communicating treatment recommendations and educating clients
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding treatment outcomes

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Wants to grow within a modern, progressive aesthetics clinic
- Is available to work weekdays, one late evening per week and rotating Saturdays

Essential Requirements

- Diploma of Dermal Science, Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy, Bachelor of Dermal Science or equivalent qualification




- Current Queensland Skin Penetration Licence or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
- Strong understanding of skin physiology, treatment planning and professional skincare
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Highly Regarded

- Queensland Laser Licence
- Experience performing advanced skin treatments
- Previous experience within a cosmetic or medical aesthetics clinic
- Knowledge of evidence‑based skincare
- Retail and treatment plan conversion experience
- Experience with laser and energy‑based devices
