Early Childhood Support Educator - Kindergarten

POSITIONS VACANT - IMMEDIATE START - EARLY CHILDHOOD SUPPORT EDUCATOR - NOOSA ADVENTIST COLLEGE KINDERGARTEN

Noosa Adventist College is seeking motivated, caring and dedicated Early Childhood Support Educators to join our dynamic and growing Kindergarten team.

The College is a thriving Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational campus, part of the Seventh-day Adventist Church Education System, located at 20 Cooroy Belli Creek Road, Cooroy, in the heart of the Noosa Shire.

There are two positions available:

- The first one is for Term 3 & Term 4 2026, 17.5 hrs per week, Thursday & Friday and alternate Wednesdays, during Term time.
- The second position is for Term 3 & 4 2026, 29 hrs per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, during Term time.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Support Educator, you will work alongside our passionate Kindergarten team to support the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children in an inclusive and nurturing environment. You will assist with implementing learning experiences, supporting children with a variety of needs, and contributing positively to our educational community.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Kindergarten teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate programs




- Assist children with additional needs to ensure full inclusion in the learning environment
- Build warm, supportive, and respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to a safe, caring, and Christ‑centred environment
- Assist with observations, documentation, and individual support strategies
- Positively support behaviour guidance routines and practices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high‑quality early learning environment

Required Qualifications & Certifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

- A solid commitment to Christian values and willingness to support the ideals of Adventist Education
- Geccko Foundations of Child Safety
- Certificate III (or working towards) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Previous experience in an Early Childhood or Kindergarten setting
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Legal right to work in Australia
