What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct routine property inspections, ensuring homes are well-maintained and documenting any issues.
- Take clear, detailed photos to support your inspection reports.
- Drive between multiple properties each day—this is a big part of the role, so you’ll need to enjoy being on the road.
- Pick up and return keys from client offices.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and reliable – We need someone who takes responsibility for their schedule and completes inspections on time.
- Experience in property inspections, property management or residential leasing is essential.
- Strong attention to detail – you’ll need to spot and document issues accurately.
- A friendly, professional approach with great communication skills.
- Experience using property inspection software and technology.
- Must have: a can-do attitude, a reliable car and iPhone.
Willing to obtain a Police Check.
