Griffin Hospitality in Queensland is seeking an experienced Casual Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all areas of the venue, including bar, gaming and bistro, while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, manage cash handling and stock, and maintain high safety and presentation standards. RSA/RCG/RMLV certifications and full Australian work rights are required.
