Location & Schedule

- Location - Batehaven
- Casual/PPT shifts
- Week 1 - Tues, Thurs & Fri – mornings 6:45pm – 3pm
- Week 2 - Mon, Tues & Thurs – 6:45am – 3pm
- Pay rate – $47.30 - $59 per hour+ superannuation

About The Role

- Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
- Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, following all policies and procedures

Qualifications

- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards




- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
- Strong coaching/training skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Competent IT skills
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
