Financial Adviser / Financial PlannerSydney | Permanent, Full-TimeReally Awesome People is recruiting an experienced Financial Adviser to join a growing, privately owned financial planning practice in Sydney.

The firm has built its reputation on long-term client relationships, practical advice and a genuine commitment to helping people make confident financial decisions.This is not a high-volume environment focused on pushing clients through a standard process. You will have the time and support to understand each client’s circumstances, develop considered strategies and provide advice that makes a meaningful difference.

The role

You will work with new and existing clients across:

- Wealth creation and investment strategies
- Superannuation and retirement planning
- Personal insurance and risk management
- Cashflow and debt management
- Estate planning, in collaboration with legal professionals

Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery meetings, developing holistic financial strategies, preparing compliant Statements and Records of Advice, managing ongoing client reviews and building trusted relationships with clients.





About you

You will be qualified and eligible to provide personal financial advice under current Australian regulatory requirements, with experience delivering holistic and compliant advice.

- You will also be someone who:Takes the time to properly understand clients
- Explains complex financial matters clearly and practically
- Values long-term relationships over short-term transactions
- Works with empathy, integrity and sound commercial judgement
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive teamA CFP designation, or experience working within a boutique or privately owned advice practice, would be highly regarded.
