RV World Canberra is one of Australia's leading caravan and motorhome dealerships, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of our warranty and insurance administration while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is a role where organisation, communication and follow-through are everything.

About the Role

Every warranty claim, insurance repair and customer enquiry has multiple moving parts.

Your role is to keep them all moving.

You’ll coordinate claims between customers, manufacturers, insurers, assessors, suppliers and our workshop team, ensuring every job progresses efficiently and every customer knows exactly where things stand.

Your Responsibilities

Manage warranty claims from lodgement through to completion.

Coordinate insurance repairs with insurers and assessors.

Maintain regular communication with customers.

Monitor outstanding claims and proactively follow up delays.

Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and technicians.

Maintain accurate records within Eclipse CRM and manufacturer portals.

Ensure documentation is complete and compliant.

Prioritise competing workloads while meeting deadlines.

Identify opportunities to improve systems and administrative processes.





Support the broader service administration team when required.

Skills & Experience

Ideally you’ll have experience in administration, customer service, warranty, insurance, automotive or the caravan industry.

More importantly, you’ll demonstrate:

Confidence learning new systems

A proactive approach to solving problems
