Orange Health Care seeks an experienced Rostering Manager to lead workforce planning, scheduling and rostering across Children's Services, NDIS, SIL, Community Nursing, DVA and Community Support programs. You will ensure rosters meet staffing levels, compliance, and service continuity while controlling costs.

You will manage casual pools, after-hours rostering and contingencies, monitor utilisation and KPIs, and maintain employee records (Blue Cards, NDIS checks) within FlowLogic.
