About the Role
You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio with the support of modern systems, experienced leadership and a collaborative team. Our focus is on delivering premium service to both landlords and tenants while building long-term relationships throughout the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a residential property portfolio from end to end
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Preparing documentation in line with the Residential Tenancy Act
- Resolving issues professionally and efficiently
- Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of South. Property Management
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys property management and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Current Property Representative or Real Estate Licence (Tasmania)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Current driver's licence
