Cash Converters' Bundaberg Store is seeking a full time Retail Assistant – Buys and Loans Operator to join our team. You will accurately handle day-to-day Buys and Loans transactions and support pricing feedback.

You will build lasting relationships with customers by listening to their needs, explaining pricing, valuation and pawnbroking options, and ensuring all transactions comply with company and legal requirements. Training and career development are provided.
