Role Description

The selected Project Manager will take ownership of complex, high-impact engagements from start to finish, acting as the primary point of contact for our school clients. You will lead projects ranging from straightforward data integrations through to complex system implementations, facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings, translating business needs into structured delivery plans, and managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent engagements.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects for Accucom’s clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment of project expectations and scope.
- Translate business needs into structured delivery plans, working closely with our technical teams to achieve the right outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks,



and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Contribute to the continued improvement of our delivery practices and support the growth of the broader team.

Requirements

- Proven experience leading delivery of technology or data-focused projects in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of data integration, system migrations, and change management programs.
- Experience working with student information systems (SIS), learning management systems (LMS), Enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), or other business-critical platforms, ideally in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage everyone from classroom staff to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, pace, and client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to evolving client needs.

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience managing ICT infrastructure projects.
- Direct experience working within schools or consulting to education organisations.
- Exposure to Microsoft technology platforms including Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
- Relevant project management or Microsoft Data & AI / Business Applications certifications.
