Kids Gourmet Food in Sydney’s Northern Beaches is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant to be the friendly voice of the brand. You’ll work with Operations, Business Development and Logistics to ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and accurately.

Ideal applicants have 2+ years in customer service or sales support, solid CRM and MS Office skills, and a calm, problem-solving mindset. Food or childcare experience is a plus.
