What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver high quality, person centred nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and perform clinical assessments.
- Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to changes in clinical condition.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Support a safe,



respectful and positive environment for residents.

What You'll Need

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous aged care experience preferred.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Full Australian working rights.
