GoodMind is a clinician-led mental health service delivering Esketamine (Spravato®) treatment for patients with treatment-resistant depression. We operate a network of accredited treatment clinics across Australia, working in close collaboration with referring psychiatrists and GPs to deliver safe, structured, evidence-based care.

The role

We're a growing healthcare start-up, and we're after someone with a nursing or relevant clinical background who's ready for a change of pace. As a patient care coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone, having conversations with patients, understanding what they need, and connecting them with the right next step. We are looking for someone with an ability to build a rapport with our patients and who knows how to talk to patients when they're stressed or unsure.

What you'll actually be doing

Calling and following up with leads/patients, understanding their situation, and guiding them toward the right service

Keeping accurate notes and updates in our CRM





Working closely with the founders early on, so your feedback actually shapes how the team runs

Pitching in wherever needed - this is a start-up, so some weeks look different to others

Who we're looking for

You're an Enrolled Nurse (or similar clinical background) looking for a change from bedside/clinical work, but you don't want to lose the "helping people" part of the job

Friendly and warm on the phone

Tech-savvy - comfortable picking up new systems and tools

Genuinely willing to learn
