Troocoo is recruiting AO3 Service Officers to join the Debt Management Centre in Southport, QLD. You will handle high-volume debt enquiries, negotiate practical payment solutions, and operate within applicable legislation and policy to achieve positive outcomes.

The role requires empathy, resilience and strong customer service, with experience in debt recovery or contact centres being advantageous. It is a fully in office, initial 3-month agency placement with potential for extension.
