NORSTA Maritime is seeking an enthusiastic HSE Systems & Compliance Officer to support our Health, Safety and Environment team across Defence maintenance operations in Cairns. This role blends on-site support with administering HSE systems to uphold a robust safety culture.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years’ HSE experience, strong admin skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with ops teams to improve safety performance.
