Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the purchasing journey
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Generate and follow up sales leads




- Negotiate sales and achieve individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftersales departments

About You

- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service focus
- Current Australian driver's licence
