Sublime Care is seeking a Rostering and Workforce Planning Coordinator to manage high-volume rosters for NDIS participants and support staff across the Hunter region, ensuring the right person is in the right place at the right time.

You will join a tight-knit Rosters Team, solving problems on the fly to keep a complex operation running smoothly. You will coordinate timesheets, leave requests, and overtime, liaising with internal teams to maintain service coverage.
