Task & responsibilities

- Perform carpentry work across all stages of custom residential construction.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, plans and specifications.
- Construct and install framing, flooring, roofing, cladding and other structural elements.
- Complete fit-off and finishing works, including doors, windows, skirting and architraves.
- Measure, cut and assemble building materials with accuracy and attention to detail.




- Deliver high-quality workmanship in line with company standards and project requirements.
- Work closely with Site Supervisors, subcontractors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
- Identify and resolve in office construction issues as they arise.
- Maintain tools, equipment and materials to support effective site operations.
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements and procedures.
- Inspect completed work and rectify defects where required.

Qualification & experience At least a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in substitution. Current White Card and Driver Licence highly preferred.

Experience in residential construction, custom homes or luxury projects highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable, skilled and team-oriented attitude.

Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
