Our Payroll Compliance Officer within our Managed Payroll Services team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, superannuation compliance, and the delivery of high-quality payroll services to our clients.
About the Role
As an integral member of our payroll services team, you will be responsible for coordinating payroll processing activities, supporting compliance obligations, and ensuring service delivery aligns with internal controls and client expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and processing managed payroll final pay run activities
- Conducting quarterly superannuation reconciliations
- Monitoring and supporting payroll compliance activities
- Preparing and distributing payroll reports and compliance assessments
- Working closely with Payroll Consultants and Team Leaders to maintain service excellence
About You
You are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, compliance, and customer service matter.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Finance or payroll experience
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in Payroll and/or with Aurion payroll software will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of superannuation legislation and reporting requirements
- Experience with payroll compliance assessments and reporting
