Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operation, including ordering, stock control, and rostering
Foster a positive team culture aligned with our brand values
Manage labour and sales budgets effectively
Identify opportunities to boost sales and enhance the customer experience
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and presentation in the café
You’ll Be Perfect for This Role If You Have:
A passion for coffee, food and people
At least three years of experience in a similar role
Strong customer service and barista skills
Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities
