Reporting to the Executive General Manager or delegate , the Head of Leadership and Culture will provide strategic leadership across CSPD's leadership development, Catholic identity formation, onboarding and qualified learning portfolios.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Establishing and embedding a cohesive leadership development framework that supports leaders at every stage of their journey, from Beginning Teachers and Aspiring Leaders through to Middle Leaders, Religious Education Coordinators, Assistant Principals and Principals.
- Ensuring leadership and Catholic identity formation programs are grounded in CSPD's Formation for Mission commitments and aligned with the Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead Policy.
- Leading the design, implementation and continuous evaluation of CSPD's Leadership Development Framework.
- Building leadership capability across school and office communities through innovative leadership and formation initiatives.




- Leading and developing the Leadership Formation Development Leads in the design, delivery and evaluation of leadership programs.
- Designing and overseeing onboarding programs for new office staff and senior school leaders.
- Overseeing the coordination, administration and compliance requirements of professional learning and formation programs.
- Developing meaningful success measures and using data and evaluation outcomes to continuously improve leadership and formation programs.
- Collaborating with senior leaders, Diocesan partners and cross-disciplinary experts to ensure leadership initiatives reflect contemporary best practice in Catholic education.
- Leading a collaborative, high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation and excellence.
