This role suits a Tradesperson (Electrician or Dual Trade) who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional team delivering high quality outcomes.

Applicants must hold a trade qualification in Electrical and or Refrigeration work.

Impact Refrigeration & Electrical provides Electrical, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration services across residential, commercial and industrial sectors throughout the Toowoomba region, delivering high quality installations, service work and project outcomes for our valued repeat clients.

The Role

This position is based from our workshop in the Toowoomba CBD, with work carried out across the region servicing a broad range of residential, commercial and industrial clients. We work for established national organisations as well as local customers,



with projects ranging from service work and installations through to specialised electrical and mechanical projects.

You will be provided with a modern company service vehicle and work across multiple areas of the business including residential electrical service and installations, air-conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, solar and battery installations, insurance restoration works, commercial projects and industrial works. The role offers solid variety and the opportunity to develop and apply a wide range of technical skills.

Day to day responsibilities include electrical maintenance and installations, diagnosing and fault finding electrical, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, completing upgrades and delivering high quality outcomes for clients. Our team operates through the Simpro job management system to document work, record materials and maintain clear communication across the business.

Experienced tradespeople will also play an important role in mentoring apprentices and supporting the development of younger tradespeople within the team.

This is a Monday to Friday position based locally in Toowoomba. Opportunities for overtime are available, with penalty rates paid on additional hours and optional weekend work where desired.
