Medical (Radiology) Receptionist (Full-time / Part-time)

At Ashfield Radiology we strongly believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare, to every patient, every time.

We are currently seeking a passionate (experienced preferable) and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team.

As a successful candidate for medical receptionist , you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers. Travel (as needed) to cover our practices (Ashfield/Lindfield/Hurstville) which is conveniently located near train stations will be expected and required.

This is a permanent full/part time role working different shifts based on rosters between Monday - Friday,



our core hours of 8:30AM and 5:30PM (Saturday might need to work occaionally per roster).

This role includes:

- Welcome and process patients
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Process payments
- Follow up medical information with various third parties
- Manage telephone enquiries in a politely manner
- Carry out general reception duties

About you:

- Previous medical reception experience (not essential but preferable)
- Possess a professional, patient, and courteous manner
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese or other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking capabilities
