Nestlé Wahgunyah, VIC, is seeking a Safety, Health & Workplace (SHE) Manager with 5+ years’ experience to lead site safety strategy at the Uncle TOBYS factory. You will drive continuous improvement in SHE performance, aligning with Nestlé’s zero-incident mindset and local regulatory requirements.
The role reports to the Factory Manager and requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on coaching to integrate SHE into daily operations and business decisions.
