MNC Height Safety and Access is seeking a passionate and experienced Rope Access Technician or HSS Installer to join our team on a casual basis in Port Macquarie, NSW. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be challenged with diverse work in beachside and regional locations.
Opportunities for permanent roles, with company vehicle, for the right person.
What you'll be doing
- Performing rope access work, including a wide variety of work from window cleaning to building repair and maintenance
- Inspection, installation, and maintenance of height safety and access equipment
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with height safety and access equipment
- Providing training and guidance to other team members on proper rope access techniques and safety protocols
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to all work performed
- Collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored solutions
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Rope Access Technician, with a valid IRATA or SPRAT certification
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of height safety and access equipment, including installation and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Willingness to work at heights in challenging environments and adhere to strict safety protocols
