Team Leader / Operations Manager - NDIS Services
We're not looking for someone to simply manage a team.
We're looking for a commercially minded NDIS leader who can build, scale and lead a high-performing disability support business while maintaining exceptional participant outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced NDIS professional who understands that delivering outstanding care and running a successful business go hand in hand.
Based in Smithfield, you'll work closely with senior leadership to drive growth, improve operational performance, mentor staff and ensure the business continues to thrive.
If you're passionate about the disability sector, understand the NDIS inside and out, and know how to turn strategy into results, we'd love to hear from you.
