If you’ve worked in sales and have a solid understanding of all types of paint products including automotive and industrial paint products, you’ll feel right at home. But if your background includes transferable skills and a passion for learning, we’d still love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering standout customer service across our full product range — automotive, marine, industrial, house paints, and consumables
- Assisting with point‑of‑sale tasks, invoicing, and general admin
- Supporting warehouse operations when needed
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers and trade partners
- Ensuring the showroom and warehouse are clean, organised, and welcoming
- Answering and processing orders via phone and email
- Preparing quotes promptly and accurately
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Picking, packing, and organising deliveries for customers
- Handling customer enquiries, concerns, and occasional complaints with professionalism
- Using colour‑matching software and equipment to help customers find the perfect shade
- Tinting and mixing paint to exact specifications
- Following all Workplace Health & Safety procedures




- Pitching in with general store and warehouse duties as required

What You’ll Bring

- Robust verbal and phone communication skills
- A genuine interest in building long‑term customer relationships
- Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical capability to lift items of 20kg or more
- Experience in a similar or related industry
- A current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
