Lift Installer – Wilkinson Lifts & Electrical

We're a growing, professional lift company delivering high-quality lift installations and servicing across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and surrounding South East Queensland regions. We're looking for an experienced Electrician who is looking for a new challenge and keen to expand their skills within the lift industry.

This role is casual to begin with, offering regular hours and the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position for the right person.

YOU

You're a hands-on, practical electrician who takes real pride in your workmanship. You're reliable, communicate well, and enjoy working as part of a small, tight-knit team.

You're comfortable with electrical installations, fault finding, reading drawings, problem-solving on-site, and working independently when required. You take initiative, follow safety procedures, and enjoy seeing a job completed properly from start to finish.

Lift experience is NOT required

Full training will be provided for the right person.

THE BUSINESS & ROLE

Wilkinson Lifts & Electrical specialises in domestic and commercial lift installations and servicing. We deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality lift solutions for builders, businesses, and homeowners throughout the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and South East Queensland.

As an Electrician, your duties will include:

- Electrical installation and connection of lift systems
- Wiring, fault finding, testing, and commissioning
- Reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
- Working with lift control systems and safety circuits
- Assisting with mechanical installation
- Travelling to job sites throughout the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and surrounding areas
- Working safely and following all electrical and site safety requirements
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and a tidy work area
- Supporting the installation team and working collaboratively on-site
