We’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Leader to step into a key leadership role at Lorna Jane Kotara. In this role, you won’t just support the Store Leader - you’ll help shape a store experience that motivates your team, inspires your customers, and delivers results that matter.

Day in the Life

- Drive business performance by supporting sales and supporting the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Develop your team by coaching and mentoring team members to elevate performance and foster future leaders.
- Lead operational excellence by supporting visual merchandising and stock management to maintain a high-performing store.
- Engage the team by communicating business updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly and effectively.
- Champion the Lorna Jane brand by engaging with the local active community to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
