Reservation Agent | The Ville Resort-Casino & Ardo

Are you a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join our team on a permanent full-time or part-time capacity and be an ambassador of our two properties brands.

The Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will need to anticipate our guests' needs by going the extra mile, and handling enquiries efficiently and attentively throughout the guest booking process, working across various booking methods and technology platforms.

You will take pride in delivering the highest level of quality in both product and service. You will work effectively with other parts of our hotel operations team to ensure a great experience for each and every guest. Your energy, drive and positive attitude will be contagious to your teammates. You will be able to think on your feet and problem solve, and you will be passionate about contributing to the bigger picture with an attitude of continuous improvement.

About You

Previous experience in reservations, group reservations or within a hotel front office environment is highly desirable.

- Strong computer literacy is required and experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud would be advantageous.
- Able to demonstrate extremely high attention to detail will be important to your success.
- Great time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent customer service with a professional and friendly demeanour.
