Key Responsibilities
- Allocate vehicles and equipment to daily jobs
- Coordinate field crews and manage daily schedules
- Liaise with drivers, supervisors and clients to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Monitor job progress and respond to schedule changes throughout the day
- Maintain accurate allocation records and operational documentation
- Assist with workforce planning and daily operational support
- Ensure effective communication across operations and field teams
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in fleet allocation, transport scheduling, dispatch or workforce coordination
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Confidence using computers and scheduling systems
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
