PC Repair Centre is expanding our network of experienced Contract Onsite IT Technicians to support our growing residential and small business client base throughout Melbourne.

We've been helping Melbourne customers with computer repairs and IT support since 1996 , earning a reputation for honest advice, quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for professional technicians who share those values.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll attend customer homes and businesses to provide a wide range of IT services, including:

- Desktop and laptop repairs
- Windows troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook support
- Wi-Fi and networking issues
- New PC installations
- Printer setup
- Data transfers and backups
- General small business IT support

Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers and technologies.

We're Looking For





You'll be an experienced technician who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll ideally have experience with:

- Windows 10 & Windows 11
- Microsoft 365
- Small business IT environments
- Networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Customer-facing technical support

You'll also need:

- Your own reliable vehicle
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
- An ABN
- Public Liability Insurance
- Your own tools and mobile phone
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server or managed IT services would be highly regarded.
