Experience in an office or legal environment is preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Liaising with clients, professional colleagues and other staff
- Organising and scheduling appointments
- Preparing briefs for counsel, court documents and correspondence

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoys working with people
- Trustworthy, proactive and be able to work independently
- Team player
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
